- Provide top-notch technical support to both internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for various technology systems and applications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams for further investigation.

Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Issues To Non-Technical Individuals.
