  1. Conduct thorough research and assist in the clearance of potential trademarks for our company's products and services.
  2. Manage and maintain the company's trademark portfolio, including monitoring trademark renewals and deadlines.
  3. File and manage trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and international trademark offices.
  4. Work closely with attorneys to draft and review trademark-related legal documents, including cease and desist letters and trademark assignments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper use and protection of our company's trademarks.
  6. Monitor and enforce trademark infringement cases and assist in developing strategies for resolution.
  7. Keep updated on current trademark laws and procedures and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized trademark records and databases.
  9. Assist with trademark litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery requests.
  10. Communicate with outside counsel and coordinate trademark matters as needed.
  11. Participate in trademark-related training and provide support to other team members as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality in all trademark-related matters.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Trademark Law, Preferably At A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Trademark Laws And Regulations, Including Uspto Procedures And International Trademark Systems.

  • Proficiency In Trademark Search And Clearance, Trademark Application Drafting And Filing, And Trademark Portfolio Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
