Turnaround Scheduler

Act as the Primavera P6 focal point, for each assigned TA Event/ Pitstop/Outage. Develop accurate and detailed schedule including pre-work and execution for turnarounds using Primavera with direct alignment and interface to Maximo work orders. Ensure all schedules are fully resource loaded and leveled. Determine activity relationships and work with respective disciplinary planners and engineers (including Operations, Projects and Turnaround) to create work activity linkages, for scope integration. Integrate Event schedule with the Projects group to align the Projects and TA activities. Challenge and set the logic. Communicate the integrated schedule. Look for opportunities to rationalize Event scheduling effort. Implements the Site TA scheduling premises. Fast track discovery work integration into the schedule during Event execution.
