
Weld Helper
We are looking for an industrious Weld Helper to join our team at Koch Industries. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Welder in setting up and welding of components as well as performing other related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of welding processes, and the ability to take direction from the Welder. Required Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent-At least one year of welding experience-Ability to read and interpret drawings-Ability to operate welding machinery-Able to work in a physically demanding environment-Ability to work in a team environment -Excellent communication and organizational skills-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
