Credit Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness and risk of potential customers.
2. Perform loan underwriting and credit analysis.
3. Manage the credit administration process for the bank.
4. Develop and execute credit policies and procedures.
5. Monitor and review credit portfolios and loan portfolios to ensure compliance.
6. Prepare and present credit reports to senior management.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Provide training and support to team members.
10. Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to optimize the credit process.
