Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and procedures.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
3. Manage the daily operations of the bank, including the processing of transactions and the maintenance of customer accounts.
4. Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking systems and regulations.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to provide updates to management and the board.
9. Participate in team meetings and initiatives to ensure successful bank operations.
10. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functioning of the bank.
