Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage daily operations of the Kotak Mahindra Bank.
  2. Quickly and accurately analyze data, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
  3. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support.
  5. Work independently and coordinate with other teams to achieve goals.
  6. Develop systems, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  7. Monitor and maintain banking software and systems.
  8. Train and mentor new team members.
  9. Lead projects and initiatives related to operations.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reports to management.
