The ideal candidate for this role must have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of banking products and services, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, excellent people management skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, 5+ years of sales experience in a banking environment, and strong understanding of banking regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Manage customer accounts, conduct customer visits, and ensure customer service excellence.
  3. Utilize customer feedback and other data to understand customer needs and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  5. Lead the sales team to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to ensure continued revenue growth.
  8. Monitor and manage sales team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  10. Manage and track sales performance and report on KPIs.
