
Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage customer accounts, conduct customer visits, and ensure customer service excellence.
- Utilize customer feedback and other data to understand customer needs and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Lead the sales team to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to ensure continued revenue growth.
- Monitor and manage sales team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and track sales performance and report on KPIs.
