Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a customer-oriented Team Member-Support Services to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues. You will also work closely with other support teams to ensure customers receive seamless service. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Address customer issues and provide resolutions in line with company policies.
  3. Maintain customer records and update customer profiles.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other support teams to ensure customers receive seamless service.
  6. Track customer complaints and provide regular updates to management.
  7. Stay up to date with product and service information.
  8. Provide quality customer service at all times.
  9. Adhere to company policies and regulations.
  10. Assist in training new customer service staff members.
