  1. Assist in the management of all aspects of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  3. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement effective maintenance and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  4. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects and repairs.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment for facility operations.
  6. Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  7. Respond to and resolve any facility-related emergencies or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Train and supervise facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to facilities management.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facility-related activities.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication within the facilities team and across departments.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
