  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure the best value for the company.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and prices to make informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and products.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, including performance metrics and evaluations.
  7. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  8. Oversee the purchasing process, including creating and managing purchase orders and tracking orders.
  9. Manage and analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
  11. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
  15. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of procurement strategies and decisions.
  16. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
  17. Develop and manage budgets for procurement-related expenses.
  18. Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential supply chain disruptions or issues.
  19. Ensure all purchases adhere to quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  20. Uphold the company’s values of quality and innovation in all purchasing decisions and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The Food Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices, Negotiation Skills, And Cost Analysis.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills With The Ability To Oversee A Team And Drive Results.

  • Familiarity With Erp Systems, Specifically In Procurement Modules, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
