- Mentor and coach junior members of the consumer insights team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay current on industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consumer insights are integrated into product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the consumer insights function.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive team culture.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Manager- Consumer Insights At Kraft Heinz Should Possess Excellent Analytical Abilities To Interpret Data And Identify Key Consumer Trends And Insights. This Includes Proficiency In Data Analysis Software And Tools.
Market Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Conducting Market Research, Including Designing Surveys, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Findings. Familiarity With Various Research Methodologies And Techniques Is Also Desirable.
