This individual will be responsible for leading and executing research initiatives to uncover consumer insights and help drive business decisions.   1. Lead and execute research initiatives to uncover consumer insights and trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement consumer strategy.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify key consumer behaviors and preferences.
  4. Translate data into meaningful and actionable recommendations for the business.
  5. Monitor and track consumer trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external research vendors to ensure access to the latest consumer insights and methodologies.
  8. Communicate findings and insights to various stakeholders within the company, including senior leadership.
  9. Develop and manage consumer research budgets.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and new research techniques to continuously improve our consumer insights capabilities.
  11. Mentor and coach junior members of the consumer insights team.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay current on industry trends.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consumer insights are integrated into product development and marketing strategies.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the consumer insights function.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Manager- Consumer Insights At Kraft Heinz Should Possess Excellent Analytical Abilities To Interpret Data And Identify Key Consumer Trends And Insights. This Includes Proficiency In Data Analysis Software And Tools.

  • Market Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Conducting Market Research, Including Designing Surveys, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Findings. Familiarity With Various Research Methodologies And Techniques Is Also Desirable.

  • Knowledge Of Consumer Behavior: A Deep Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Psychology Is Essential For This Role. The Manager- Consumer Insights Should Be Able To Identify Consumer Needs, Preferences, And Purchase Behaviors To Inform Product Development And Marketing Strategies.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Manager- Consumer Insights, Effective Communication Is Crucial To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Insights To Senior Management. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

  • Leadership Abilities: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Consumer Insights Professionals And Work Closely With Other Departments Within The Organization. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
