
Manager- Omni Shopper Marketing

- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies across all channels, including in-store, online, and through partnerships.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer behavior, shopper trends, and the retail landscape to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and category management, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Manage and allocate budgets for shopper marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Oversee the development and execution of creative and impactful shopper marketing campaigns, including promotions, displays, and packaging.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of shopper marketing programs and make adjustments as needed to drive results and achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and vendors to support the execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in shopper marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of shopper marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Represent Kraft Heinz and our brands at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in shopper marketing and driving brand awareness.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Shopper Marketing, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Shopper Marketing Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Insights.
