The routine cleaning of equipment and peripheral areas are part of the overall job responsibilities. Will be accountable for the care and cleaning of all sanitation equipment. Will be accountable for documentation as required by Governmental Regulatory bodies and Kraft Heinz. Will be accountable for the effective and efficient use of supplies and equipment. Green room activities will include use of key measures in Quality- Cost- Delivery- Safety and Morale to track sanitation results. Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of plant sanitation procedures to improve sanitation and reduce costs. Assist quality- operations and maintenance in troubleshooting both production and sanitation.
