- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse and supply chain finance operations for Kraft Heinz.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to optimize cost efficiencies and drive profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of warehouse and supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve inventory management, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in warehouse and supply chain finance operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and warehouse finance management to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Finance, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations And Cost Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Budgets And Financial Planning.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
