  1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and procedures to prevent loss and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Train and educate employees on proper security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
  4. Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and patterns in order to proactively address potential security threats.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and HR, to ensure overall company security and loss prevention efforts are aligned.
  6. Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other security-related issues and take appropriate disciplinary or legal action.
  7. Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls.
  8. Manage and lead a team of asset protection personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in asset protection technology and techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on security initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to asset protection.
  12. Prepare and manage budgets for the asset protection department, including tracking expenses and making strategic recommendations for cost savings.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  15. Foster a culture of safety and security among employees and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
