- Develop and implement asset protection strategies and policies for the store to prevent losses and ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Train and educate store employees on asset protection procedures and best practices to create a culture of awareness and accountability.
- Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to address and resolve any security-related issues.
- Conduct internal investigations related to theft, fraud, and other violations, following company protocols and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, investigations, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis.
- Work closely with store management to identify and resolve any operational or procedural issues that may impact asset protection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset protection technology, and make recommendations for improvement and implementation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any security concerns or issues raised by customers or employees.
- Manage and supervise a team of asset protection associates, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, keeping them informed of any security-related developments or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and standards, and ensure that all store employees are also following them.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Security Management.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Control Processes.
Experience In Conducting Investigations, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Implementing Loss Prevention Strategies.
