10. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new Asset Protection team members.
11. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection.
12. Act as a liaison between the store and corporate headquarters regarding security matters.
13. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to enhance asset protection strategies.
14. Oversee the proper use and maintenance of security equipment and systems.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
