- Assist the Transaction Manager in managing the real estate portfolio for Kroger, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities.
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to support the transaction process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and market trends.
- Review and analyze property documents, financials, and due diligence materials.
- Prepare and maintain transaction-related documents, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and lease contracts.
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals.
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing transaction terms.
- Conduct property and market due diligence, including zoning and environmental assessments.
- Monitor and track critical dates and milestones for transactions.
- Communicate updates and progress to all relevant parties.
- Identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks in the transaction process.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and other industry professionals.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the Transaction Manager as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction records and files.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the real estate field.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Transaction Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Contracts, Leasing Agreements, And Property Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Real Estate Transaction Software.
