1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing bakery items, providing product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
3. Prepare and package bakery items according to company standards and customer requests.
4. Maintain a clean and organized bakery department, including display cases, shelves, and work areas.
5. Monitor and rotate stock to ensure freshness and quality of products.
6. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
7. Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
8. Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
