5. Ensure that the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Promote Kroger's products and services to customers in a knowledgeable and persuasive manner.
8. Keep track of all transactions and ensure that cash drawers are balanced at the end of each shift.

11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.

14. Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise as needed.
