1. Responsible for accurately and efficiently delivering customer orders to their designated locations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
3. Safely load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
4. Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving and operating delivery vehicles.
5. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
6. Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any delays or changes to their order.
7. Keep accurate records of deliveries and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
8. Collaborate with store associates to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders.
9. Assist in the store when not on delivery runs, including stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
10. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to ensure the best possible customer experience.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.
12. Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed about company updates and changes.
13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by the store manager or supervisor as needed.
