Job Description

As a Department Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned department, including managing team members and ensuring excellent customer service.   1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned department.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
  3. Set and achieve department sales and performance goals.
  4. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly.
  6. Collaborate with other department leaders to maintain overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Monitor and manage department budgets, including labor and expenses.
  9. Conduct regular audits and maintain department cleanliness and organization.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and suggest ways to improve department processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by assisting and engaging with customers on the sales floor.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
