  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned department.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve department goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall department performance.
  4. Ensure that all products are stocked, displayed, and rotated according to company standards.
  5. Train and onboard new employees, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure a high-performing team.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and make proactive ordering decisions to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized department, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other department leaders and store management to ensure seamless operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously monitor industry trends and implement new processes or procedures to improve department efficiency and profitability.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, employee scheduling, and inventory management.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, addressing any areas of improvement.
  13. Act as a role model for employees by consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and upholding company values.
  14. Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  15. Attend meetings and training sessions as required by store management.
