Floral Manager

Kroger is looking for a talented and experienced Floral Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who is passionate about floral design and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing floral operations, creating floral displays and designs, and providing superior customer service.The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and handle a wide variety of tasks. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail floral setting is required, and experience in a grocery store setting is preferred. Knowledge of flowers and plants, along with the ability to work well with customers, vendors and staff is essential. You must be creative, have an eye for detail and be able to design and execute beautiful floral displays.
