Job Description

Kroger is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Floral Manager to join our team and oversee the floral department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your passion for flowers and customer service, while managing the overall operations of the floral department.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of floral merchandising and management experience, preferably in a retail environment. You must be detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with and coach employees on customer service and product knowledge. Additionally, you should be motivated to stay up to date on floral trends and industry best practices.If you are an experienced floral manager looking to join a customer-focused team, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the floral department and help drive sales and profitability.
