1. Greet and welcome customers to the online grocery pick-up service in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Fulfill online grocery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are of the highest quality and freshness.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have about their orders.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage and organization of grocery items.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure all online grocery orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
6. Communicate any out-of-stock items or substitutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of service and quality.
9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, deals, and sales to assist customers with their purchases.
10. Safely and efficiently handle and transport grocery orders to customers' vehicles.
11. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the online grocery pick-up process.
12. Assist with inventory management and restocking of items as needed.
13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
