3. Providing exceptional customer service: The pharmacy technician will be the first point of contact for customers and must provide friendly and helpful service at all times. This includes answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Ensuring accuracy and safety: The pharmacy technician will be responsible for double-checking prescriptions and verifying the correct medication, dosage, and instructions. They must also follow all safety protocols to ensure the safe handling and dispensing of medications.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: The pharmacy technician will be responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized at all times. This includes restocking shelves, disposing of expired medications, and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
