  1. Assist the pharmacist in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and integrity of medications.
  3. Train and supervise pharmacy technicians in daily tasks and provide guidance as needed.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order medications and supplies as necessary.
  5. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to patients by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  7. Utilize computer systems to process and fill prescriptions, maintain patient records, and manage inventory.
  8. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and patient care.
  9. Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from patients or other team members.
  10. Stay current with new developments and advancements in pharmacy practices and procedures.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the pharmacist or pharmacy manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Valid And Up-To-Date Certification From A Recognized Pharmacy Technician Program.

  • Previous Leadership Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role In A Pharmacy Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Prescription Processing, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Pharmacists, And Other Team Members.
