  1. Monitor and analyze pharmacy inventory and sales data to identify potential loss or theft.
  2. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and measures to mitigate risks and protect pharmacy assets.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of pharmacy operations to identify any security vulnerabilities or compliance issues.
  4. Collaborate with pharmacy management and staff to educate and train on loss prevention best practices and protocols.
  5. Investigate any incidents of suspected loss or theft and work with relevant parties to resolve and prevent future occurrences.
  6. Utilize surveillance systems and other security tools to monitor and identify suspicious activities in the pharmacy.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology and techniques.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to report findings, provide updates, and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to pharmacy loss prevention.
  11. Act as a liaison between the pharmacy and law enforcement agencies, as needed.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Business, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Retail Or Pharmacy Loss Prevention

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Pharmacy Operations And Loss Prevention

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Use Of Loss Prevention Software

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams
