2. Assist customers in selecting the freshest and highest quality produce.
3. Ensure all produce is displayed and stocked in an organized and visually appealing manner.
4. Regularly check and rotate produce to maintain freshness and avoid waste.
5. Monitor and maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in the produce department.
6. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product selection, storage, and preparation.
7. Receive and inspect produce deliveries, documenting any damaged or expired items.
8. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the produce department.
10. Stay up-to-date on produce trends and industry knowledge to provide the best customer service.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
