  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner at the service counter.
  2. Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers with their inquiries and concerns.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit/debit card transactions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area at the service counter.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety measures, while performing job duties.
  9. Assist in training new team members on service counter procedures and customer service best practices.
  10. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
  11. Efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize them according to urgency.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  13. Adhere to company standards for customer privacy and data protection.
  14. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
