  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the store.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  3. Handle various transactions such as processing payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized service counter area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the service counter.
  6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service expectations by going above and beyond in assisting customers.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Promote Kroger's products and services to customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and security.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to improve customer service skills and stay updated on company policies.
  13. Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the store.
  14. Contribute to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and fellow team members.
