Service Counter Associate

5. Maintain a clean and organized service counter area at all times.
6. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the service counter.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
9. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
10. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
