1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with their needs and inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and check payments.
4. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized service counter area, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere for customers.
6. Stock and restock merchandise as needed.
7. Follow store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
9. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
10. Communicate any inventory or supply needs to management.
11. Attend training and meetings as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
13. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
