Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and replenishment of merchandise throughout the store. We are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours and has excellent communication skills. If you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on our team!

  1. Maintain organization and replenishment of merchandise throughout the store
  2. Ensure store shelves are properly stocked and visually appealing
  3. Receive and process incoming merchandise, checking for accuracy and quality
  4. Assist with inventory management and regularly perform stock audits
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely restocking of merchandise
  6. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
  8. Provide excellent customer service by promptly assisting customers with locating merchandise
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and any issues that arise
  10. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Or Stockroom Operations: A Qualified Stock Associate At Kroger Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Or Stockroom Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Stocking Procedures, And Customer Service.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Role Of A Stock Associate At Kroger Requires The Ability To Efficiently Manage And Organize Inventory, As Well As Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Being Detail-Oriented And Able To Multitask Effectively.
