1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.
2. Support the Store Manager in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
3. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products to maintain appropriate stock levels.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Assist in creating employee schedules and managing labor costs.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
9. Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
10. Assist with store merchandising and displays to attract customers and promote sales.
11. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make recommendations for improvement.
