1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store during night hours.
2. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Ensure all shelves and displays are stocked and organized.
4. Maintain a clean and tidy store by regularly restocking and organizing shelves.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any low stock items.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
11. Assist in training new team members and providing support to existing team members.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
13. Complete any other tasks assigned by the store manager.
