This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store during night hours. As a Store Night Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized for the next day.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store during night hours.
  2. Assist customers with any inquiries or requests they may have.
  3. Ensure the store is clean and well-organized for the next day.
  4. Restock shelves and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
  5. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers.
  8. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and meet store goals.
  10. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
  11. Perform general store maintenance tasks as needed.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  14. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
  15. Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
  16. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  17. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  18. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  19. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  20. Perform any other tasks assigned by the store manager.
