1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Ensure the store is clean and organized by performing various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
3. Stock shelves and replenish products to ensure the store is well-stocked for the next day.
4. Check inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock to the manager.
5. Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries from suppliers.
6. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Keep track of expiration dates and rotate products to maintain freshness.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
10. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
11. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
