1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, representing the values and culture of Kroger.
2. Perform nightly inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels of products.
3. Restock shelves and displays as needed to maintain a visually appealing and organized store.
4. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations as needed.
5. Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Keep track of product expiration dates and remove any expired items from shelves.
7. Maintain a clean and sanitary store environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and equipment.
8. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to the store manager in a timely manner.
9. Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for customers.
10. Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks and assist other team members as needed.
