Job Description

L’Occitane En Provence is looking for a highly motivated and creative Product Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our product development team and will be responsible for driving the innovation and development of our products from concept to market.The ideal candidate has a relevant degree in the sciences and/or technology, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills. They must have a passion for product development, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to think creatively and strategically. In addition, they should have an understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If this sounds like you, we would love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead product development from concept to market launch.
  2. Analyze and evaluate product performance and data.
  3. Develop and execute product innovations and strategies.
  4. Manage and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams.
  5. Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  6. Create product specifications, packaging, and pricing.
  7. Present product development proposals to management.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  9. Research and source ingredients and materials.
  10. Evaluate the cost and quality of prototypes.
