
Compensation Analyst
Responsible for providing daily operational and administrative support for compensation programs & processes. Support the compensation team as an expert for Human Resources, providing technical expertise on compensation administration. Support sales bonus review for plans with multiple frequency (annual, quarterly, monthly). Conduct ongoing salary surveys to support salary structure maintenance, salary budgeting and the annual salary review process Prepare compensation proposals, job pricing; job evaluation. Support acquisition activity related to job and compensation integration. Accountable for accuracy and integrity of all compensation reporting. Research HRIS databases to resolve data issues related to employees’ jobs and relative eligible compensation.
3+ years experience in compensation administration
Understanding of the legal aspects of compensation plan design and administration
Familiarity with large survey vendor processes such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, KornFerry Hay, Empsight
