Job Description

As an Analyst in the BioAnalytical Lab at LabCorp, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of routine and complex analyses in support of clinical and research activities. This role requires precise attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to ensure the quality of results. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of new assays and technology. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, as well as have two years of laboratory experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform a wide variety of routine and complex analyses in support of clinical and research activities with a high level of accuracy and precision.
  2. Develop and implement new assays and technology.
  3. Collect and analyze data to ensure quality of results.
  4. Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments, as needed.
  5. Document all laboratory activities and results.
  6. Assist with laboratory maintenance and organization.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to laboratory personnel.
  8. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
  9. Maintain laboratory records in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Relevant Scientific Field

  • Minimum Of Years Of Experience In A Glp/Gcp Environment

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Bioanalytical Testing

  • Proven Ability To Perform Sample Preparation And Analysis

  • Proficient In Chromatography Techniques

  • Advanced Proficiencies In Software Applications

  • Ability To Interpret Laboratory Data And Develop Conclusions
