IT Business Intelligence(BI) Analytics Manager

We at LabCorp are looking for an IT Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics Manager to provide our organization with the strategic direction and technical guidance in the area of analytics and Business Intelligence (BI). This individual will be responsible for the overall direction, strategy, and implementation of our analytics and BI solutions.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. They should have a strong understanding of database design, data analysis, SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools. They should also have experience creating data models, developing analytics and reports, and leading BI projects. Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement BI solutions that meet organizational needs and goals.
2. Create and maintain data models and develop analytics and reports.
3. Utilize SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools to analyze data.
4. Lead BI projects and provide strategic direction and technical guidance.
5. Communicate project progress to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
6. Remain up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in the analytics and BI space.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of BI solutions.
8. Develop and manage BI budgets and timelines.
9. Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues.
10. Train and mentor team members in the use of BI tools and best practices.
