2. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medical items to designated locations.
3. Inspect and confirm the accuracy and condition of items before and after delivery.
4. Maintain accurate records of delivery times, routes, and customer information.
5. Receive customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
6. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
7. Monitor vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
8. Adhere to local and state laws governing the transportation of medical items.
9. Utilize GPS and navigation systems to locate delivery destinations.
10. Lift up to 50 lbs of medical items or equipment.
