Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for someone with superior skills in the area of technical/mechanical repairs on first shift. Responsible for diagnosis and repair of multiple types of production and sewing equipment. Analyze and repair production equipment with a minimal amount of down time. Working with 480 volt 3 phase electrical material handling systems, with demonstrated diagnostic skills on conveyor controls, sorters and conveyor system, etc. Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices. Must have ability to disassemble machinery, analyze defective parts and use diagnostic skills to make required repairs to ensure uninterrupted operation of plant equipment. Extensive knowledge of electrical operation, wiring safety procedures and solid state circuitry. Ability to read electro-mechanical blueprints, thoroughly analyze them and make proper diagnosis. Capable of programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), VFD Motor Controllers and Soft starts, etc.
