SEC Reporting Analyst

Assist with the preparation of the Company’s SEC filings, research and documentation of technical accounting issues, assist in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and assist with month-end close procedures. Assist in preparation of and draft sections of the 10-K and 10-Q, including financial statements, financial statement footnotes and MD&A using disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations Collaborate with other functional groups and obtain the necessary information to draft the appropriate descriptions and wording for footnotes and other disclosures in the 10-K and 10-Qs. Assist in coordination with the company’s external auditors. Perform analyses and research of accounting literature to determine treatment of complex accounting transactions and facilitate implementation of new accounting pronouncements issued by FASB. Assist in month-end close process by preparing complex journal entries and reconciling certain accounts.
