As the Fashion Show Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of the fashion shows including design, production, budgeting, and scheduling. 4. Schedule and manage show rehearsals and fittings.
5. Oversee the styling of models and accessories.
6. Work with outside vendors to secure necessary supplies and materials for shows.
7. Manage post-show activities including thank you notes, follow-up, and archiving.
8. Work with the marketing team to promote fashion shows.
9. Ensure all safety protocols and standards are met.
10. Maintain an organized system for tracking show details.
