As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience from greeting guests with a smile to taking orders and delivering outstanding food and beverage service. Responsibilities: • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor • Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and timely • Ensure that customers receive a satisfactory experience • Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience • Follow all safety and sanitation regulations • Maintain a neat and organized work area • Upsell food and beverage items • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions • Provide customers with detailed information about menu items • Assist other staff members when necessary • Stay up-to-date with restaurant policies and procedures • Adhere to all health and safety regulations • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
